12 months or 3,000km. Whichever comes first. 3-month warranty for professional use.
The customer must keep the order confirmation sent by Huippukone regarding the product order in order to fulfill the warranty conditions. The order confirmation serves as a warranty certificate. The warranty is only valid if you have followed the instructions that come with the device and the device has not been misused. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or defects or damage caused by improper use of the product. Refunds for returns and errors require a visual complaint.
Arming the device, bypassing or removing the speed limiter will void the warranty.

The product is intended for home use, the warranty does not cover rental use. In professional use, the product is also subjected to higher stress, so the warranty is shorter than normal, 3 months.
Changes: We reserve the right to make price, size and material changes to all products,
as well as changes to agreed delivery times due to the goods' manufacturers or other external factors.
The warranty covers all factory and material defects in the electric vehicle that appear within one year from the date of commissioning.
Damage caused by water and moisture to electric scooters and electric kickboards
Water and moisture entering the electrical system of an electric scooter or electric kickboard can cause short circuits and device failure. Therefore, the warranty does not cover damage caused by moisture or water. More specifically, the warranty terms include the following definitions:

Warranty scope : The warranty only covers material and manufacturing defects in the device during normal use.

Exclusions : The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Water, moisture or any kind of liquid entering the internal parts of the device.
- Carelessness or neglect of the user that has caused water or moisture to enter the device.
- As a result of operating conditions where the device is continuously exposed to high humidity or splashing water.

User responsibility :
- The user must ensure that no water or moisture enters the electric scooter or electric kickboard.
- The user should avoid using the device in heavy rain, snow or sleet.
- The devices must not be washed with a pressure washer.

Actions in the event of an accident :
- If the device is damaged due to moisture, the user is responsible for any repair costs.
- The warranty does not cover service or replacement necessary to repair damage caused by moisture.
In case of complaints
If you encounter problems with our product or want to make a complaint, we recommend filling outthe service form . This will speed up the processing of the case and ensure that we receive all the necessary information to resolve the issue. Please note that it is not possible to return a used product!
Spare parts and accessories have a six-month warranty. Electrical parts are not eligible for return.
We do not cover damage caused by negligence or breakages caused by accidents. Examples of these include; mudguards broken while driving, mirrors, handlebar grips that have broken or worn out from use. The tire is also a wearing part, its puncture is not covered by the warranty. If you notice any transport damage to the product, you must notify us as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
These warranty terms and conditions have been drawn up to ensure that the device functions properly under the conditions for which it was intended and that the user is aware of his responsibility for the proper use and maintenance of the device.
