Warranty
12 months or 3,000 km. Whichever comes first. For professional use, the warranty is 3 months.
The customer must retain the order confirmation sent by Kaluste Duo for the product purchase to fulfill the warranty condition. The order confirmation serves as proof of warranty. The warranty is valid only if you have followed the instructions provided with the device and the device has not been misused. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or defects or damage caused by improper use of the product. Reimbursement for returns and defects requires a pictorial complaint to be made.
Tuning the device and bypassing or removing the speed limiter will void the warranty.
The product is intended for home use; the warranty does not cover rental use. For professional use, the product is also under heavier strain, so the warranty is shorter than normal, at 3 months.
Changes: We reserve the right to all price, dimension, and material changes concerning products, as well as changes to agreed delivery times, which are due to product manufacturers or other external factors.
The warranty covers all factory and material defects of the electric vehicle that appear within one year from the date of commissioning.
Damage caused by water and moisture in electric scooters
Water and moisture entering the electrical system of an electric scooter can cause short circuits and device failure. Therefore, the warranty does not cover damage caused by moisture or water. Specifically, the warranty terms include the following definitions:

Warranty Scope: The warranty only covers material and manufacturing defects of the device under normal use.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Water, moisture, or any liquid entering the internal parts of the device.
- User negligence or oversight that has led to water or moisture entering the device.
- Operating conditions where the device is continuously exposed to high humidity or splashing water.

User Responsibility:
- The user must ensure that no water or moisture enters the electric scooter.
- The user must avoid using the device in heavy rain, snow, or sleet.
- Devices must not be washed with a pressure washer.

Actions in case of damage:
- If the device is damaged due to moisture, the user is responsible for potential repair costs.
- The warranty does not cover maintenance or replacement required to repair damage caused by moisture.
In case of complaints
If you encounter problems with our product or wish to make a complaint, we recommend filling out the service form. This will speed up the processing of the matter and ensure that we receive all necessary information to resolve the issue. Please note that it is not possible to return a used product!
Spare parts and accessories have a six-month warranty. Electrical parts have no right of return.
We do not compensate for damages caused by carelessness or breakages occurring in an accident. Examples include; broken fenders, mirrors, or handlebars that have broken or worn out during use. Tires are also a consumable part; a puncture is not covered by the warranty. If you notice transport damage to the product, you must notify us as soon as possible, however, no later than 14 days.
These warranty terms have been drafted to ensure that the device operates flawlessly under its intended conditions and that the user is aware of their responsibility for the proper use and maintenance of the device.
