Rules for Kaluste Duo's Monthly Gift Card Draw

1. Organizer The draw is organized by Suomen Unikaverit Oy (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer"), Business ID 3253421-8, address Koskelantie 5, 00610 Helsinki. Website: www.kalusteduo.fi.

2. Eligibility The draw is open to all natural persons residing in Finland who are 18 years or older, have subscribed to Kaluste Duo's newsletter, and have given their consent to email marketing. Employees of the Organizer or their family members are not eligible to participate in the draw.

3. Participation Participation is automatic: all subscribers to Kaluste Duo's newsletter are entered into the draw without any separate action. Subscribing to the newsletter is free of charge and does not require a purchase. Purchases or the amount of purchases do not affect participation or the probability of winning. Each subscriber participates in the monthly draw once per draw month.

4. Draw Period The draw is held monthly. The draw period for each month begins on the first day of the month at 00:00 and ends on the last day of the month at 23:59 (Finnish time).

5. Prize The prize is one (1) Kaluste Duo digital gift card worth 100 euros per month. The gift card will be delivered to the winner by email and is valid for 12 months from the delivery date. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and any remaining balance will not be refunded in cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected by random draw from eligible subscribers after the draw period has ended, by the 7th day of the following month at the latest. The winner will be notified personally by email to the address provided during newsletter subscription.

The winner's first name may be published in Kaluste Duo's newsletter and on social media, unless the winner explicitly prohibits publication. If the winner cannot be contacted or the prize is not claimed within 7 days of sending the prize notification, the prize will be forfeited, and the Organizer reserves the right to draw a new winner.

7. Taxes The value of the prize is less than €100, making it exempt from lottery tax. The Organizer is responsible for any statutory taxes related to the prize.

8. Processing of Personal Data Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with Kaluste Duo's privacy policy: https://www.kalusteduo.fi/policies/privacy-policy. The data will be used for organizing the draw and notifying the winner.

9. Limitation of Liability The Organizer is not responsible for technical malfunctions, email delivery problems, or other obstacles that may hinder participation or receipt of the prize notification.

If the draw is promoted on social media: the draw is not sponsored, administered, or organized by Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook, Instagram) or any other social media platform, and the aforementioned platforms are not responsible for the draw or its implementation.

10. Right to Changes The Organizer reserves the right to change the draw rules, suspend the draw, or terminate it entirely for a justified reason without prior notice.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes Finnish law applies to the draw. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in the district court of the Organizer's domicile.
